As a municipality, you want your residents to be as active as possible in the labor market and to participate in society. However, some residents face a disadvantage in the labor market. These individuals are often helped by language lessons, practice-oriented education geared towards work or training, and additional support. Our programs focus on, among other things, language proficiency in the workplace, learning to communicate with colleagues and supervisors, self-presentation (applying for jobs), and specific Dutch employee skills. Students gain more confidence to apply for jobs and start working, or to start their own business. Their opportunities in the labor market increase. <\/p>\n
As a municipality, you also want your residents to be involved and actively participate in society. However, there are residents who do not yet participate optimally. Our programs focus on language proficiency and situations that occur in daily life in the Netherlands. Students gain more confidence to do volunteer work, pursue an education, manage their own financial administration, or be more involved in their child’s school. <\/p>\n
