Improve your language level
For whom
These courses are for individuals who wish to improve their language level to better participate in society. The course concludes with an exam. These courses are free for residents of participating municipalities who are not subject to mandatory integration (inburgeringsplichtig).
What
Various levels are available. Participants receive a recognized diploma upon successful completion.
- Basic: from A0 to A1 — for people who do not yet have a good command of the language. You will learn the basics of the language.
- Advanced: from A1 to A2 — for people who want to work or start a vocational training program.
- State Exam I: from A2 to B1 — for people who want to work or study at MBO level 3 or 4.
- State Exam II: from B1 to B2 — for people who want to work or study at HBO level.
- Perfect Dutch: from B2 to C1 — for people who want to learn even better Dutch for work or study.

The duration varies per course.
