Theory & practice integrated
Theory and practice are integrated in everything we do.
The most effective learning method is learning by doing or experiencing. At TopTaal, there is therefore plenty of room for practice. We bring practice into the lesson or take the lesson into practice. For example, through guest lectures from people in the business community or excursions to companies.
We have also conducted work visits with the students, including to Sodexo and a Van der Valk hotel. — Margriet Breet, teacher
Collaboration
We work closely with other parties active in the field of language and participation, as well as with the business community. (Future) employers can also influence the development of students by collaborating with us.
Customization
Our curricula are always customized. We believe it is important that the goals of both the client and the student are achieved. This means we pay a great deal of attention to defining the learning objective. Based on this, we develop the training program and seek collaborations with partners. Examples of learning objectives include finding a job, having a conversation with a child’s teacher, or collaborating with colleagues.
