Nowadays, this is no longer just via email, as the rise of social media has created an entirely different line of communication. This requires a different way of communicating than via email. How do you convey your message clearly? How do you ensure consistent communication from your employees towards customers and colleagues? A key theme in the training is clear communication, so that the message is well-received by the customer. Students therefore learn to structure their texts in such a way that they are understandable and easy to read.

In addition to coaching employees, TopTaal also examines any existing style guide. A style guide provides instructions on the tone and style desired by the organization. The style guide is sometimes rewritten with input from the participants. The result: a concise, practically applicable handout with writing tips.
