This makes this language course suitable for participants at MBO level (vocational education). Facility staff can work in one or several areas. These areas range from cleaning, setting up meeting rooms, catering, and logistics to building management. Service delivery and hospitable working are the starting point for every field. This places more and broader demands on language proficiency.

A presentation assignment concludes this course. In this, the participant shows and demonstrates that he/she can tell a story in the Dutch language and understands what his/her facility tasks entail. The UL-Team & TopTaal certificate is the reward for the effort.
