SLIM subsidy
Lifelong learning and development in SMEs
SLIM subsidy stands for a Subsidy Scheme for Learning and Development in SMEs and reimburses a large part of the costs your organization incurs to keep employees' knowledge and skills up to date. In this way, the SLIM subsidy contributes to lifelong learning!
SMEs are constantly evolving to remain successful. Your employees must also continue to develop to keep up. But do they still possess the skills needed to perform their roles in the future? You want to offer your employees training to develop their knowledge and skills. The SLIM scheme can cover a large part of these costs. Read more about the SLIM subsidy on the central government website.
