A few tips for submitting a complaint

  • Enter your personal details accurately
  • Indicate the core of the complaint
  • Address the complaint point by point; do not lump everything together
  • Explain exactly against whom your complaint is directed
  • Indicate which conduct or decision you are complaining about
  • Briefly explain the circumstances (where, when, how)
  • Indicate with whom at the school or the board you have spoken to about a solution
  • Only include essential documents and refer to them in your complaint
  • Keep the complaint clear and concise
  • The limitation period is 1 year, but exceptions are possible
  • If you submit the complaint by letter, it must be signed.
